'SeedBreadKitchen' was born from a visionary idea: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The venture was established by the Bianchi family in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-operated eatery with recipes passing from one generation to the next.
Marco Bianchi, the founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with skilled pizza masters in Naples—the pizza’s homeland. After coming back to the UK, her resolve was to replicate the essence of original Italian pizza, maintaining age-old techniques and sourcing the most exceptional ingredients.
What started off as a humble 12-seat pizzeria has expanded into a cherished community fixture, while our dedication to superior quality and genuine taste remains intact. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select the most premium ingredients available.
Today, 'SeedBreadKitchen' is still in the hands of the same family, now with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage at the helm of our zealous crew. Despite some contemporary updates, the core of what we do stays unchanged: making sumptuous, real pizza that brings folks together.
